Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number. We will review whether cancellation is possible based on the preparation and delivery status of your arrangement.

Sending a cancellation request does not mean the order has been canceled. Please obtain confirmation directly from Flores Exitosas.

Order Changes

Please contact us directly to request changes to an arrangement, delivery address, requested date, recipient information, or gift message.

Changes are subject to review and availability. Any proposed adjustment to the order or its price will be discussed with you before you authorize it.

Refund Requests

If you have a concern about your purchase or would like to request a refund, please contact Flores Exitosas. Refund requests are evaluated individually; a request does not automatically result in approval.

We will discuss the circumstances with you and confirm any approved resolution directly. If a refund is approved, we will provide information about the amount and how it will be processed. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Concerns About Your Arrangement or Delivery

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a concern about the condition of your flowers, the arrangement received, or the delivery of your order.

To help us review your request, please have the following information available:

• Your order number and the name used for the purchase.
• A description of the concern.
• Photos of the arrangement or packaging, if available.
